CPAP Devices

 Sleep Apnea devices are also called Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) devices. They work by blowing air under pressure through your partially obstructed airway in order to eliminate the obstruction and to allow you to breath normally. There are two types of CPAP machines, Fixed pressure and Automatic Pressure. A Fixed pressure CPAP device delivers a steady, gentle flow of air throughout the night. (List of all available Fixed pressure CPAP machines are below) An Automatic pressure CPAP device senses your needs and provides variable pressures throughout the night. (Click on Automatic Pressure on the left menu for all available Automatic pressure CPAP machines.)

The Philips REMStar Pro C-Flex+ is a CPAP device delivering a constant level of pressure throughout the breathing cycle. It gives you an option to use the ramp function delivering the lower the pressure when you are trying to fall asleep. The air pressure will gradually increase until your prescription pressure is reached. Additionally, the C-Flex and C-Flex comfort features provide you with pressure relief when you exhale during therapy.

The Fisher&Paykel ICON™ Premo a CPAP device with full compliance and efficacy reporting. It delivers the ThermoSmart™ Technology for more humidity and comfort as well as the InfoSmart™ Technologies for flexible data communication options. On top of that Fisher & Paykel ICON has a contemporary and stylish design for bedroom appeal with forward facing clock with customizable AlarmTunes™. It additionally has leak compensation feature where the device automatically increases the motor speed to maintain set air pressure by compensating for the pressure drop caused by the mask leak.

The S9 Elite™ is a CPAP equipped with Easy-Breathe™ Expiratory Pressure Relief (EPR) to prevent the collapse of your upper airway during sleep. The S9 Elite™ has comprehensive compliance reporting, climate control system and a SmartStart™/Stop feature. It has a central apnea detection and mask fit feature.
